Our fields

Aromatic herb fields as far as the eye can see

Our mint, coriander and parsley plots stretch across Morocco's farming plains. Generous sunshine, controlled irrigation and regular cutting produce tender, bright-green, highly fragrant leaves.

From cutting to pallet, everything happens within hours: mint is harvested early in the morning, bunched, cooled and loaded to stay fresh all the way to the customer.

Harvested at dawn

Cut in the cool hours, when leaves are at their crispest and most fragrant.

Sized and weighed bunches

Each bunch is hand-sorted, tied and weighed to the chosen weight: 50, 80, 100, 120 or 150 g.

Cooled from harvest

Rapid pre-cooling and transport at 2–5 °C to prevent yellowing.
